| "Cheyenne is a 8 year old Alaskan Malamute. In November 2007, he managed to tear both Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in his back legs. Our once playful pup suddenly found himself totally incapacitated. As with our other dog, Kodi, we opted to get the surgery on his one leg, but it was agonizing to watch him suffer through that process. Even after his surgery, we began to notice he was unable to balance himself on three legs, and as a result, he caused further damage to his back and neck.
Since Kodi was already being treated by Dr. Savko, we knew Cheyenne would benefit from his magic touch as well. With each visit, I see significant improvements in his demeanor. He is very content after his adjustments, and he is able to eat and sleep better in the days that follow.
As an added bonus, Cheyenne had spent the last six years of his life with one ear bent. After several months of Dr. Savkos treatments, his ear now stands on its own. As far as this family is concerned, that is a blessing in and of itself and we are grateful to Dr. Savko for all he has done." |

"Kodi is a ten year old Husky-Chow mix, but to me, he is one of a kind. Throughout his life, Kodi has experienced more than his fair share of injuries, but when he torn the ACLs in both his back legs within two days of each other, I wasnt sure he would be able to bounce back. Still, he has proven time and time again what a resilient pup he is. I know it was necessary for him to have surgery on one leg, but I was very leery about putting him through that ordeal a second time. That is when my mom remembered seeing a segment on KDKA about this chiropractor that helped dogs.
This is how I came to know Dr. Savko. He began treating Kodi in the Summer of 2007, and I cant imagine what our life would be like today if he wasnt able to help him. My friends and family are astonished at how well Kodi is able to walk without having the operation performed on his other leg, and no one will ever be able to convince me that it isnt all due to Dr. Savkos work."

"I love my Brussels Griffin dogs. I have 5 of them that were having some troubles. I did some research and found out about Dr. Savko. Here are my results:
- Bruxells is a 13 year old female, I was told by my vet she would only live till 12. When I took her to see Dr. Savko she was listless, sleepy, and not very active. After only a few treatments she is alert and loves to be out walking in the park. If it wasn't for Dr. Savko I do not think my baby would be alive today.
- Griffen, 11 year old male. He was my grumpy boy and a little aggressive too. After working with Dr. Savko he is much more calm and sweet with a better demeanor overall.
- Ellie, 9 year old female is much sweeter and less cranky.
- Jo Jo, 9 year old female is much more social.
- Napoleon is a 9 year old male with Cushings Disease. His hips and legs used to slip out of place a lot and it made it very difficult for him to walk anywhere. Now he walks better with less pain.
Thank you so much Dr. Michael!

"Thank You so very much for everything you have done and continue to do for my family and my dog Sir Choxie. I know that you make extreme sacrifices to help your patients. My whole family says you are a keeper. We have been blessed with a few good people in our lives throughout our struggles and we feel even more blessed to have you. You are a phenomenal person and doctor."
Note from Dr. Savko: Sir Choxie is a long hair dachshund that had severe neck and back spasms when I first saw him. Now he is much more comfortable with less intense and frequent spasms.

"This is a letter of gratitude for the amazing things you
and VOM have done for my horse Stretch.
As you know Stretch and I had been having some very serious issues
that were starting to affect our traing and competition. She would
buck and kick incomplete defiance and pain every time I would ask
her to pick up a canter to the right, sha was stiff and the vet's
recomenndation was have no possitive effect.
I found your ad, and have to admit being quite a skeptic.
I saw huge differences in her after the first treatment, now after
4 treatments, we are to the point where she picks the canter up
EVERY time I ask with no issue.
Its so good to have my partner back. Thank You."

"My dog Elsa (12 yr.old yellow lab) had been run
over by one of my horses. It was an event my vet thought would be
the beginning of the end for what I was told is "an old dog".
Elsa was in a great deal of pain, a terrible thing to see in such
an active dog. The medication didn't help.
After some discussion, I decided to bring her to see you. The very
best thing I have ever done for her!! After one treatment she was
happy,running and playful again,easily a 80% improvement. She has
seen you a few times since and I am glad to say she has regained all
of the mobility she had before the accident, without the meds and
is back to being herself.
Thank you for all that you did for her and us. She is a huge part
of our family." |

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU DR. MIKE
I woke up one morning and to my surprise, when I was going to put
my Chihuahua, Misty outside, her head was tilted down and to one
side. My first thought was she had had a stroke. Of course I was
frightened for her. As soon as my Vet's office opened I called to
have her seen. They looked at her and said it could be her inner
ear and gave me 2 kinds of pills for her2 weeks later, no
change.
I had seen an article in the local newspaper during these 2 weeks
about Dr. Mike and his procedures. I had gone for a 2nd opinion
at another vet and they said it wasn't her inner ear, but possibly
a tumor on her brain. Well, you can image as I walked out of the
office I was numb. I had already called to make an appointment with
Dr. Mike before the 2nd opinion. Dr. Mike had explained everything
to me about the procedure and was feeling around her neck and found
that it was really out of alignment. I was thinking to myself without
questioning him, "what does working down the spine have to
do with straightening out her neck?"
I am very happy to say that after a few treatments she is holding
her head up straight and turning her head side to side. We still
have a little way to go, but even after the 1st treatment I had
seen some difference in her. She has also had problems with her
knees in her back legs. This occurred not long after we got her.
It was the first time I heard that this for breed of dog it was
common, with the knees popping out of place and the limping. I have
had Chihuahuas for over 30 years and not one of the previous ones
even flinched. Misty is 6 years and way to young to have such problems.
Now she is playing like a puppy and running around the yard without
stopping every 2 or 3 feet to sit down. Dr. Mike has given "MY
MISTY" back to me and I am truly overjoyed. You see, I was
in a really bad car accident in '96 and modern medicine didn't work
for me. I didn't have to "think about it" when I read
the paper. I just went to the phone and called for an appointment
with him and the rest is history. I know I can never thank him enough.

C.R. from Sacramento, CA |
A friend borrowed Betsy, my bearded dragon lizard, to take
into her classroom. She was teaching her class about reptiles. On
the way to drop her off to me my friend was in a bad car accident.
The accident jolted Betsy pretty badly. Her outcome was a fractured
skull. This caused her to not be able to turn her head to the left.
Therefore, if I placed her food in that direction she would see and
smell the food, but would turn in the total wrong direction. It was
frustrating for her. I decided to give Dr. Savko a shot, I was willing
to try anything after weeks of watching her suffer. I can honestly
say I was surprised. After only one treatment I saw a significant
improvement. She was able to turn to her left. Unfortunately, I relocated
to Sacramento, CA a short time after the first treatment and was unable
to get back to Dr. Savko. However, I'm thankful I took her for at
least the first treatment because she is now back to normal and living
a healthly life. |
