Who is Dr. Michael G. Savko?
Dr. Savko is a Board Certified Chiropractor and a local Pittsburgher who was born and raised in Westmoreland County. He graduated from the prestigious New York Chiropractic College in 1998 and has been involved with clinical practice, patient advocacy and practice management ever since. Because of his extensive training in a variety of different techniques, patients have noted their treatments as being extremely versatile and effective. His primary goal is to quickly restore all patients both human and animal, to optimum health and give them recommendations to keep them healthy for life.
Clients and patients have called him a "kind, caring and compassionate practitioner that puts the needs of others before his own". Dr. Savko believes communication is the key to every healthy relationship, and that is no different in the doctor/patient relationship. Since he is always available to address questions, comments or concerns, many of his patients often comment on his "above and beyond efforts" to effectively share his treatment goals and plans as well as spend as much time as needed with each and every patient so that they understand and feel comfortable with their visit.

Savko has been an animal lover for as long as he can remember. His VOM training was originally completed in the spring of 2000 and he retook the courses again in 2005 to remain up-to-date with technique enhancements and innovations.
Dr. Savko works on his "human" patients daily at his office in Scott Township(Greentree area). This practice is a physical medicine and wellness facility that employs several other chiropractors, physical/massage therapists, and two medical doctors.
